Kevin Roche is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at APC. In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit, which includes the APC and MGE UPS Systems brands. The CPCS Business Unit reported revenue of $3.5 billion in 2007 and employs 12,000 people worldwide. Schneider Electric, with 112,000 employees and operations in 190 countries, had 2007 annual sales of $25 billion (€17.3 billion).

Kevin brings over 20 years of diversified global business and Human Resources experience with special expertise in Change Leadership; Global HR Strategy; Talent Management; and M&A integration.

In May 2008, Kevin was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources for APC, four months after joining the company as Vice President, Human Resources for its North America Region. Prior to joining APC, Kevin held numerous senior level HR positions at industry-leading companies, including Vice President, Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb; Corporate Director, Human Resources and Interim SVP, Human Resources at Keane, Inc; Vice President, Human Resources Student Advantage Inc.; Corporate Director Human Resources Reebok International; and other management level HR positions at Praxis International and Raytheon.

Kevin holds an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Boston College, Woods College of Advancing Studies.
