APC and ADC Telecommunications have formed a co-marketing partnership to increase our mutual competitive advantage in the data center market, expressly against the growing trend of Fiber Channel over Ethernet which is being driven by the convergence of voice, video and data over the network.  Fiber is quickly becoming the preferred medium to deliver the bandwidth required by these applications as well as enterprise storage area networks.

The partnership combines ADC's expertise in physical layer connectivity and fiber management with APC's strength in racks, power, cooling and management in order to bring differentiated solutions to the data center market.
